“Nobody panics when things go according to plan. Even if the plan is horrifying. If tomorrow I tell the press that like a gang banger will get shot, or a truckload of soldiers will be blown up, nobody panics, because it’s all, part of the plan. But when I say that one little old mayor will die, well then everyone loses their minds!â€

Nice!
I second that !!!!
Great shot Julio, I got card from my daughter a while back with that great Heath Ledger “Joker” face on it, and in bold print “Why So Serious?”
I have it on my desk and everytime I start to stress I look at it and crack up.
Nice! Ironic that we should find inspiration from the words of an insane criminal maniac like The Joker. What a brilliant character!
Don’t know what I’d do without comic books……..
Here’s one of my all time favorite lines delivered by Rorschach, from WATCHMEN:

The Joker did have some great lines, no?
Al, Rorschach is one of the great characters in movies lately,The Joker (Heath Ledger), is one of the greatest bad guys of all time IMHO, here’s another great character from “Ichi The Killer”, recommended to me by that movie critic Al Desmadre. I dug it the most, especially the line from the Mafia boss to Ichi, “Kakihara, you go to far!”.

LOL! Don Q! It brings me great joy to know that you have witnessed the great spectacle that is “Ichi The Killer”.
That’s what I call Cinematic Desmadre!
Don’t miss another Japanese classic: “Battle Royale”. Let me know what you think! 🙂
I read the battle royal books and they are CRAZIER than the movie. We all gotta get together and talk nerd hahahah
hehe, love it. thats right down the street from where my parent’s house is and where i’d sometimes run to catch the 256 (when it was a comfy bus) to PCC. maybe if i didn’t buy a car and continued to ride the bus i’d recognize the little things again.
I was indeed waiting for the 256…on my way to class @ CSULA. Walking, taking the bus, being on a bicycle really allows for one to see the city at a different pace which opens up so many possibilities. Driving solely gets you from point A to point B.
