Is this being done for the same reason that trees get painted white in los jardines in Mexico?
The tree is preventing secret messages from the CIA that allows birds to build nests but they are really bunkers for the Keebler elves…and it looks shiny. What, don’t you hear people with foil hats saying the same thing?
