I get it. It’s an Agave worm, the driver of the car just pounded some Tequila while driving and he’s about to become an organ donor.
there’s also one where the worm is on a swing and another one by the lake. kind of creepy if you ask me. Makes me not want to donate my organs.

Hi Guys, this is simple, if don’t become an organ donor, worms will eat your organs anyway and they will be the ones enjoying live instead of humans.
