After appealing to all the courts in Mexico, the victim-mother activists testified in front of the Organization of American States court in Lima, Peru (February 2009). The charge is the Mexican government’s crime against these women’s human rights by not investigating their disappearances in an official manner. The results of this case is slated to be revealed in November 2009.
