I always see him at the Smart and Final on 4th street in Boyle Heights. Now you know where he gets some of his stuff.
Yes!! Manuel is always cool…!! He forgets to take off his hat also!, But he never forgets me when he has a bottle.
Kinda reminds me when I saw the lady from Lupe’s 12 kinds eating at Manny’s El Loco in East LA.
He certainly shows his love for the place on his sleeve!
