The pic is nice too cause you can't even tell it's near a freeway. A few years ago, the hobos that live near the Arroyo Seco transformed a patch of land on the 5 Fwy on-ramp into a full fledged milpa/cornfield. It was amazing! Caltrans then came and cleared it out. I heard the homeless and other freeway denizens get back at Caltrans workers by fucking with the sprinklers so they'll shoot water in your face when you turn them on. I love this kinda stuff!
